Software Release 2.0.4 This update will fix the location of where you need to submit your 8(a) application package. The SBA closed the Ft. Worth SBA office at the end of March 2003 and no longer will be accepting SBA 8(a) applications there. Only download this patch if your business is located in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Download ezupdate.exe and follow the installation instructions to update the software If you have a technical support question regarding the EZCertify 8(a)/SDB Software, please email support@ezcertify.com or call 1-866-681-4970. If you have a specific question regarding 8(a) or SDB Certification while you are completing your 8(a)/SDB application, please click on the link "Online Advisor" located on the EZCertify 8(a)/SDB Certification Central Screen with the software. Attention: Customers who purchased prior to 2002. If you purchased the EZCertify.com 8(a)BD or SDB Certification Software prior to December 2001, your product is now obsolete. The SBA made major modifications to the 8(a) and SDB forms/ requirements in December 2001. Do not attempt to send your 8(a) or SDB application to the SBA as they will return the application for using old SBA forms. All customers who ordered on or after June 2001 will receive a Free upgrade to the new EZCertify combined 8(a)/SDB Software. All
