EZCertify will also suggest changes to these criteria as your marketing program progresses. Complete descriptions of these opportunities will be provided to you via email or fax, without you having to exert any additional effort on your behalf.

What will these business opportunity descriptions consist of? The basic data elements that we will provide you with will include the following:

How will the EZBiz - Marketing Service assist you to collect the information required for you to make an “intelligent” decision as to whether or not to pursue a specific business opportunity? EZCertify would never recommend seriously pursuing or bidding an opportunity based on the above data alone. As part of our service, we will provide you with a detailed template for a Business Opportunity Capture Plan, which among other features will recommend the collection of additional data that will comprise the information needed to arrive at an “intelligent” pursue-or-not-pursue, bid-or-no-bid decision for any opportunity of special interest to you. The template will guide you as to how to ask the “right questions” of your prospective client to get the “right answers” you need to make your final decision to proceed “full-speed ahead” in securing the business.

 

How timely will the EZBiz – Marketing Service provide you with these business opportunities? The marketing service will provide you with three different classes of business opportunities, differentiated by their “degree of timeliness’ for you to take action. They are:

  • Imminent – These opportunities will require that you take action within 30-60 days from the time that we alert you. We will identify and present you with these business leads within 1-5 days of their announcement.
  • Short-Medium Term – These opportunities will require that you execute a capture plan to get the work within 60-270 days from the time that we alert you. We will identify these business leads throughout the entire period of your agreement with us.
  • Long Range – These opportunities will require that you execute a capture plan to get the work within 360 plus days. We will also identify these business opportunities throughout the entire period of your agreement with us.
Can you pick and choose the number of agencies, and specific marketing and sales services to be provided by the EZBiz – Marketing Service based on your specific needs and level of investment that you are prepared to make at this time in your marketing effectiveness? Again, absolutely yes! No two companies’ needs for marketing assistance are alike. You may want to start slowly, by selecting only a single Federal agency to target and expand your commitment to additional agencies as you discover how easy and effective it can be. You can expand your level of commitment at any time, cancel your commitment at any time after 90 days, and even be billed on a monthly basis via an approved credit card of your choice.


What does the basic EZBIZ – Marketing Service provide you? The Basic Marketing Service consists of:

  • Direct assistance in selecting one more Federal agencies that best meet criteria that you have developed, with our help, to target. This is accomplished during the first week of our engagement.
  • A separate Federal agency marketing dossier, for every selected agency containing just about everything you have to know about the targeted agency to prepare you to initiate your marketing campaign. This is made available to you at the end of the second week of our engagement.
  • Personal letters written on your company letterhead to the Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Specialist (SADBUS), and the various Procurement Center Representatives for the targeted agency, introducing your company and requesting a meeting with him or her. This is made available to you at the end of the third week of our engagement.
  • Personal letters written on your company letterhead to all large prime contractors currently under contract with the targeted agency, introducing your company and requesting a meeting with a decision-making representative of their firm. This is made available to you at the end of the third week of our engagement.
  • Personal letters written on your company letterhead to all 8(a) contractors currently under contract with the targeted agency, with a graduation date within twelve months from the current date, introducing your company and requesting a meeting with a decision-making representative of their firm. This is made available to you at the end of the third week of our engagement.
  • Qualified business leads that meet the opportunity selection and screening criteria developed jointly by you and your EZCertify representative, together with “Next Action Request Forms” to instruct EZCertify of your interest in further pursuit of selected opportunities. These will commence to be made available to you at the start of the fourth week of our engagement and once per week throughout the term of our engagement.
  • Templates for a Business Opportunity Capture Plan for every opportunity selected by you for pursuit. These will be made available to you within 5 days of your identification of a “pursuit’ selection, throughout the term of our engagement.
  • Personal letters written on your company letterhead to the program official and/or contracting officer identified and associated with each opportunity selected by you for pursuit, introducing your company, expressing an interest in the subject procurement and requesting a timely meeting with the cognizant program officials. These will be made available to you within 5 days of your identification of a “pursuit’ selection, throughout the term of our engagement.
  • Personal telephone contacts made by your EZCertify representative with each program official and/or contracting officer selected by you for pursuit, establishing a date and time for you to meet with them. All dates and times will have been pre-coordinated with you to ensure your availability for the meeting. All meetings will be confirmed within two days of the meeting date to ensure the prospect’s continued availability. These telephone contacts will commence after your identification of a “pursuit” selection and continue until a meeting has been set or the prospect has formally opted not to meet with you, a decision that will be timely reported to you and a call for assistance made to the SADBUS at the cognizant agency.
  • Template for a prospecting visit contact report, to include list of questions and data items that should be attempted to be gathered during the prospect interview. This template will be provided to you at the beginning of the fourth week of our engagement.

What additional marketing and sales services are available from EZCertify as part of the EZBiz – Marketing Service? We fully recognize that a sale is not closed until a contract with a prospective client is negotiated and signed and that many associated activities often precede this happy event. We also know that each of our clients has unique needs for assistance in achieving a sale. Among the marketing and sales activities that we are prepared to provide to our clients above and beyond the Basic Marketing Services described above are:

  • Company-wide Marketing and Sales Plan development

What are the costs associated with accessing the benefits available under the EZBiz – Marketing Service?

  • Basic Marketing Service – This service is priced on a “per-agency basis”. The costs are $1000 per month per agency, with a three (3) month minimum. After the initial three (3) months, clients may proceed on a month-to-month basis using a pre-authorized credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Alternatively, clients may opt for a twelve (12) month subscription to the service at a discounted rate of $10,000, payable in three installments, again via a pre-authorized credit card. Clients may add additional agencies at a ten (10) percent discount per agency added.
  • Additional Marketing and Sales Services – These services will be provided on a “firm-fixed-price” basis after consultation with the client. A separate agreement or option to the Basic Marketing Service Agreement shall be mutually agreed to by the client and EZCertify for each additional service requested by the client.
