As you will notice above, there are 7 steps in the application process. Each step has its own tab.

• Start Tab

• Lots of Coaching - This step explains how to navigate the software and what each of the respective icons to the right and tabs above do, to assist you.

• Program Help describes what is presented or required from you on a subject-by-subject and screen-by-screen basis. If you’re ever confused about what is meant in any section of the EZInterview, just click on the Program Help button at the right of the screen. Definitions that are highlighted on a screen as well as Cautions and Tips are also always accessible from Program Help.
  
  Cautions/Tips will be available to you whenever EZCertify believes that an entry could jeopardize your application and/or you may need some extra assistance in determining just how to complete an entry or to understand how an entry could disqualify you and how to circumvent a problem, if it’s at all possible.
  
  Additional guidance is usually provided on each screen to make it absolutely clear what is being required. In those unavoidable circumstances where the SBA requests data or uses terms that require further elaboration, EZCertify either will explain what is required or provide a link to a definition of that term.
