The Managing Member of EZCertify.com LLC. is Mr. Stanley W. Tucker. Mr. Tucker also serves as president and CEO and co-founder of Meridian Management Group, Inc. He has over 30 years of diversified experience, blending a strong emphasis on lending and venture capital investing in order to develop economically disadvantaged small businesses. Previously, Mr. Tucker was the Executive Director of the Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority, where he was instrumental in providing more than $90 million in financing to over 400 small businesses.

Richard James Otero, Sr., or Dick as he is most often referred to, is the founder, and serves as the CEO/President of EZCertify.com, a business development software and services company, which he founded, and served as the principal architect of its feature product, EZCertify’s 8(a)/SDB certification software.
