- Overview
- EZCertify will complete your HUBZone Application and ensure that your business is qualified for certification before submittal. We will alert you to any eligibility issues should they arise as we review the provided data, and will offer regulatory compliant corrective measures if necessary. We will enter your application on the SBA Electronic GLS System. Additionally EZCertify shall prepare at no additional cost to you the follow up data collection package that the SBA requests only after your application has been assigned to your SBA Business Opportunity Specialist.

- The following are included in our HUBZone Application Preparation Service:
- We will conduct a telephone interview with the primary applicant to ensure that the applicant concern is qualified to be certified as a HUBZone program participant
- Identify all enclosures and data items that the applicant must provide to EZCertify to complete and package their HUBZone application
- Examine all enclosures and data received from the applicant to ensure that all required items have been provided and notify the applicant if important information is missing or insufficient
- Discuss and suggest regulatory compliant corrections if any eligibility issues are discovered during the evaluation of data.
- Contact the applicant via email and telephone to discuss and obtain the missing information and/or data needed by EZCertify to prepare special compliant elements of the package (e.g. Bylaws, etc.).
- Complete the HUBZone application, ensuring that it is totally comprehensive and in conformance with the SBA regulations
- Prepare cover letter and follow-on data collection package when requested by the SBA HUBZone evaluator
- Enter your application on the SBA Electronic GLS System.
- Assist the applicant in answering follow up questions and preparing written responses to additional SBA inquiries until such time as the company is approved for HUBZone Certification
