• If the answer to your question can be provided "on-the-spot", we will do just that, either on the phone, by email, or both.
• If your question or issue is more complex than what might be handled "on-the-spot", using our proven management knowledge base, EZCertify’s 8(a) business experts, will send you a work package, so that you can provide us the needed data to provide you with the required answer to your question, on a mutually-acceptable time schedule.
• If the issue or question is even more complex than above, EZCertify will provide you with a proposal, quoted on a fixed-price-basis to respond to your question or issue, and will proceed with answering your question, only after you have agreed in writing to our proposal.

The financial investment in securing the EZ-ACCESS service will consist of:

• The annual retainer fee for access to the EZ-ACCESS service is $12,000.00 (This fee shall entitle you to receive up to 120 hours of expert consultation).
• Clients of the EZ-ACCESS service may pay for the service, either up-front, in one payment of $12,000.00, or they may pay, by pre-authorized credit card or check, at a rate of $1100.00 per month. In either case, a subscriber may cancel the service at any time, before the start of the next month of service.
• Additional charges for the answers to overly complex problems or issues, will be based on the submission by EZCertify, and the written acceptance by the subscriber-client, of a proposal to address the specific issues. Each of these proposals will be priced on a firm-fixed price basis.

This service is equivalent to having a Federal government, 8(a) program and small business expert consultant at your side to provide, on-the-spot and timely advice and answers to your most pressing management issues and questions. You will never feel that you’re alone, any longer!
