EZCertify will review your 8(a) SBA application in five working days, either one-time, using our Application Review Express service or twice, ensuring that you comply with our application improvement suggestions using our Full Review Services.
The 8(a) Certification Package Review Service is designed for clients who want EZCertify to review their 8(a) Package to ensure that they have met all of the SBA's regulatory requirements before submitting their application to the SBA for processing. There are subtle but important differences between the Application Review Express Service and the Full Review Service which are highlight below:

| Client completes and sends EZCertify self-prepared 8(a) Application |

| We will ensure that every data field is completed, all attachments necessary to explain specific responses are included, all required enclosures are included and necessary signatures are included. |

*If attachments are needed, we will provide. We also look at your by-laws, financial statements, taxes, minutes from meetings, articles of incorporation or organization, history of business, organizational charts, economic and social(if applicable) narratives and determine whether these enclosures meet the SBA requirements. If these supporting enclosures need modification, we can modify these for you.

| Evaluate the ownership, control, size standard compliance, economic and social disadvantage (if applicable) of the applicant and/or the business, including any requests for SBA Required Length in Time in Business SBA Waivers. |

| Identify and document specific areas of the 8(a) application that must be changed in order to prevent a problem with the SBA and provide concrete suggestions to the applicant. |

| Reassemble the package into a three ring notebook, including table of contents, completed checklist, tabs for attachments or necessary enclosures. |

- If the SBA responds to your 8(a) application with additional questions after the package has been submitted, EZCertify will assist and prepare for the client detailed responses to each SBA item outlined in the SBA Letter. ($100.00/hour)
- If EZCertify finds, during the review process, that your Economic Disadvantage Narrative does not meet the SBA regulatory requirements, EZCertify can prepare your Economic Disadvantage Narrative for you.
- If EZCertify finds, during the review process, that your Social Disadvantage Narrative (if applicable) does not meet the SBA regulatory requirements, EZCertify can prepare your Social Disadvantage Narrative for you.
- Provide guidance to any applicant that is rejected by the SBA and provide advise to the applicant concerning appeal rights and supply corroborative evidence to substantiate the client's case, if warranted. ($100.00/hour)
